Start-up Assistance
Optimus Solutions offers start-up assistance after a new install or significant modifications are made. During this time, the Optimus Solutions Burner Technician will:
- Inspect total system for deficiencies
- Test Safety Limits
- Set Burner Pressures and Control Parameters
- Light Burner
- Set System Control Parameters While Lit
- Run System and Adjust for Performance
- Design Performance
Average start-up time is about two days and we’ll stay in touch with you via a follow-up phone call to see how everything is running!
