Airflow Measures
- Optimus Solutions can conduct airflow studies to determine the airflows throughout the system
- Gaining insight on how the airflow is distributed throughout the process is useful in improving process efficiency
- The airflow measures will typically be taken with a range of pitot tubes and compared with plant design or expectation
Fan Sizing
- We have knowledge to help determine the proper size for the combustion fan along with the induced draft fans typically seen on the exhaust end of the system
- We can size the proper fan along with supplying the fan if needed
Duct Sizing
- We can determine the amount of duct needed based on the airflow needs
- We can give a general diameter and length in relation to the pressure drop expected in the system
